What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional who is confident supporting senior leaders and can manage competing priorities independently.   Essential Skills & Experience ● Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role ● Experience supporting senior leaders or executives ● Excellent organisation and time-management skills ● Strong written and verbal communication skills ● Excellent attention to detail ● Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with more than one stakeholder ● Strong Microsoft Office skills ● Able to work independently in a remote environment ● Confident communicating by email and phone ● Strong proofreading and document-formatting skills ● Highly responsive and able to adapt when priorities change The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be: Proactive: You don't need to wait for someone to tell you every task that needs completing. You naturally look ahead and identify what needs attention. Highly organised: You can manage calendars, emails, deadlines, employee information, and administrative tasks without losing track of the details. Agile and flexible: Priorities can change quickly, so you're comfortable switching between tasks and responding to urgent requests when needed. A self-starter: You're comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of your responsibilities without constant supervision. Confident: You'll be supporting multiple company leaders, so you should be comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information professionally. Detail-oriented: From proofreading documents to tracking employee hours and administrative information, accuracy is extremely important. Experienced: The company is specifically looking for someone who understands how executives operate and can anticipate their needs rather than someone who requires significant hand-holding. Software & Systems Experience with the following would be beneficial: ● Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 ● HRIS systems ● Payroll and employee management platforms such as ADP ● Accounting platforms such as QuickBooks ● CRM systems such as Salesforce ● Email and calendar management tools Experience with healthcare, government contracting, or other environments involving confidential or sensitive information would also be advantageous.
