Requirements ● Previous experience in healthcare administration, medical reception, clinical administration, medical customer support, or a similar environment ● Training or practical knowledge of medical terminology is essential ● Excellent written English and strong written communication skills ● Strong attention to detail and organisational skills ● Comfortable communicating professionally with healthcare professionals via email ● Able to understand customer issues, identify what is required, and take appropriate action ● Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities ● Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new technology ● A proactive, solutions-focused approach Desirable ● Experience working with hospitals, clinics, physicians, nurses, or other healthcare professionals ● Previous experience in a remote administrative or customer support role ● Experience working within a technology or SaaS environment ● Familiarity with Slack, Notion, or similar collaboration tools ● Experience supporting customers with software or technology products The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who combines healthcare knowledge with strong administrative and communication skills. You don't need to be a nurse or medical professional, but you should have enough familiarity with medical terminology to confidently communicate with clinical customers. You'll also be joining a fast-paced startup environment , so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, tech-savvy, curious, and excited about working with new technology. Most importantly, you should be someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.
