Job Description: At Job Duck, we are looking for a proactive and compassionate Client Experience Specialist who thrives on helping people and creating positive first impressions. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for potential clients, managing inquiries, qualifying leads, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. You will play an important role in maintaining organized client information, following up with prospects, and supporting the firm's growth through effective lead management. The ideal candidate is customer focused, resilient, tech savvy, and enjoys building relationships while working in a fast paced environment. • Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,142 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Track and update lead activity to support reporting and business development efforts • Coordinate appointments and scheduling through Calendly • Support client intake processes from initial contact through qualification • Maintain accurate lead records and ensure all data is current • Manage and update client information within Lawmatics and Clio • Handle initial client inquiries professionally and empathetically • Qualify incoming leads and determine eligibility based on established criteria • Monitor and manage potential client leads received through call answering services • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions • Assist with social media inquiries and incoming prospect communications • Utilize Google Workspace to manage daily communications and documentation • Monitor and respond to incoming communications from prospective clients • Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates Requirements: • 1 year of experience working as an Intake Specialist • Experience working with CRM systems and lead management platforms • Experience handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up consistently • Comfortable working with social media platforms and online communications • Strong customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish • Lead qualification and intake management experience • Proficiency with Google Workspace • CRM management skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Attention to detail • Empathetic and client focused approach • Resilient and adaptable mindset • Professional and courteous demeanor • Social media proficiency • Ability to work independently • Strong follow through and accountability • Location and timezone: Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST) • Working Hours: Monday to Friday from • Expected call volume: Moderate to high • Software and Tools Required: - CRM: Clio, Lawmatics - VOIP: Dialpad - Email/Calendar: Google Workspace, Calendly Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)Languages: English, SpanishReady to dive in?
