Description About the Role: Snapscale is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Mandarin-speaking Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) to support a US-based multi-specialty medical practice providing Ophthalmology, Dermatology, and Orthopedics services. This role involves providing administrative, front-office, and patient coordination support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling patient information. Responsibilities may include: • Handle inbound patient calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling using ModMed. • Coordinate appointment rescheduling, cancellations, and appointment updates through phone, email, and text. • Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate collection and entry of patient information. • Maintain and update patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. • Manage incoming and outgoing electronic faxes (e-faxes). • Track and coordinate referrals • Assist with insurance verifications • Provide general administrative, receptionist, and front-office support to physicians across multiple clinic locations. • Maintain organized patient records and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of medical information.
