Job Description: Job Title: Senior Manager, Dealer Solutions Execution and Programs Location: Remote | USA Eastern Time Zone preferred Reports to: VP, Customer Solutions, Dealer Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: The Senior Manager, Dealer Solutions Execution & Programs is responsible for leading and executing high-impact strategic initiatives across the Dealer Solutions portfolio. This role owns program delivery from concept through implementation, builds strong cross-functional partnerships, and drives alignment across Product, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, earning trust through execution, sound judgment, accountability, and consistent delivery of results. Serves as a trusted leader across Dealer Solutions and PTA stakeholders, influencing priorities, aligning teams around shared goals, and driving accountability for execution. Builds credibility and trust across functions while operating with minimal supervision in a highly matrixed environment. In this role, you will: • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, product launches, and business priorities from planning through implementation. • Own project outcomes, establish clear plans, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery against business objectives. • Lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment, decision-making, and accountability across stakeholders. • Build trusted relationships with leaders and partners to influence outcomes and achieve results without direct authority. • Anticipate challenges, remove obstacles, and independently resolve issues to maintain momentum on critical initiatives. • Drive customer engagement programs, advisory councils, and strategic partnership initiatives. • Develop executive-ready communications, progress updates, and recommendations for leadership. • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance execution, operational effectiveness, and customer experience. Required Qualifications: • 5-7+ years of program management, business operations, product launch, consulting, or cross-functional leadership experience. • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives independently in a matrixed environment. • Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive results without direct authority. • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities. • Track record of building trust and credibility across teams and leadership levels. Preferred Qualifications: • Track record of building trust and credibility across teams and leadership levels. • Experience in automotive, dealer technology, SaaS, or B2B technology environments. • Experience leading customer-facing programs, advisory boards, or strategic partnerships. • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and product launches. • Familiarity with operational excellence and change management principles. • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results in a matrixed environment may be considered in lieu of formal education. Compensation and Benefits This position has a starting salary range of $108,000 - $126,000 per year. The range represents what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee’s pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location. Eligible employees may participate in medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement savings programs, paid time off, wellness programs, and other company-sponsored benefits.
