With a commitment to driving innovation, REPS & Co. helps shape a dynamic market environment. We’re excited to add an Inventory Processing Specialist to our Quality Control team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our ticket inventory is accurate, valid, and ready for sale. You’ll review purchases and listings, verify important ticket details, identify and correct discrepancies, and work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate inventory. This position is ideal for someone who isdetail-oriented, comfortable with technology, quick to learn new systems, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do • Learn and become proficient in company-specific processes, software, and systems. • Review and approve inventory to ensure tickets are accurate and cleared for sale. • Audit ticket purchases for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. • Attach ticket PDFs and supporting documentation to listings in our POS system. • Add required disclosures and restrictions to ticket listings so customers receive accurate information. • Collaborate with internal brokers and team members to verify ticket purchases and inventory details. • Research, track, and document orders that were not entered into the POS system and accurately enter missing orders. • Track and process refund-related information. • Purchase tickets as needed, representing up to approximately 10% of the role. • Assist with additional Quality Control and inventory-related responsibilities as needed. What We’re Looking For • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new software, systems, and processes. • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. • Fast and accurate data-entry skills; previous data-entry experience is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently meet responsibilities and deadlines. • Collaborative team player who communicates constructively, listens actively, and willingly shares information. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, demands, and timelines. • Self-motivated and proactive, with the initiative to identify and complete tasks without constant direction. • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve. • Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts as required. What Success Looks Like You’ll be successful in this role if you consistently maintain accurate inventory, catch discrepancies before they affect customers, learn new processes quickly, and communicate effectively with your team.
