Responsibilities Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to convert business requirements into services with solid code and meaningful tests. Proactively initiate performance tuning, troubleshoot incidents, etc. Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation. Write high quality code, follows best practices and advocates for engineering excellence. Collaborate across other engineering teams and mentor junior members of the team. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the full lifecycle of Java and/or Python application development. Strong grasp of software design, architecture, and system integration. Solid knowledge of event processing, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, REST/web services. Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot, MyBatis, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and cloud-native deployment. Experience building high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency systems. Practical experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) in production workflows. Fluency in English for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
