What you'll do  • Partner with Product, Commercial, and Business stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through data, transforming ambiguous questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.   • Design, define, and maintain business KPIs, ensuring metric consistency, data quality, and alignment across teams and regions.   • Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, diagnose business issues, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.   • Design and maintain scalable analytical solutions, including semantic models, Power BI dashboards, and self-service reporting that enable informed business decisions.   • Lead deep-dive investigations, root cause analyses, and impact assessments for product launches, commercial initiatives, and operational performance.   • Design and evaluate experiments, measure business impact, and provide data-driven recommendations based on statistical evidence.   • Leverage AI tools (such as LLMs, code assistants, and AI-powered analytics solutions) to accelerate data exploration, automate repetitive analyses, improve documentation, and enhance productivity while ensuring analytical accuracy.   • Transform analytical findings into compelling stories that clearly communicate business impact and influence decisions across technical and executive audiences.   • Partner closely with Data Engineering to improve data quality, validate data pipelines, and ensure reliable reporting foundations.   • Mentor analysts through technical guidance, analytical problem solving, code reviews, and stakeholder communication.   • Collaborate with global teams, driving alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing across regions.   What you'll need  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.   • Expert SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, and large-scale analytical transformations.   • Advanced Power BI knowledge, including semantic modeling, DAX, visualization design, and performance optimization.   • Strong Python skills for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.   • Experience working with large analytical datasets and translating business questions into scalable analytical solutions.   • Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven analysis.   • Experience applying AI tools to improve analytical workflows, coding productivity, documentation, or insight generation.   • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and user-centered dashboard design.   • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.   • Advanced English communication skills.   More about you  • You enjoy solving ambiguous business problems instead of simply answering predefined requests.   • You're naturally curious and continuously look for opportunities to improve products, processes, and business performance.   • You balance technical excellence with business acumen and understand how analytics influences strategic decisions.   • You're comfortable challenging assumptions through data and influencing stakeholders at different organizational levels.   • You proactively leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to work smarter while maintaining high analytical standards.   • You enjoy mentoring others and helping raise the technical bar across the team.   What We Offer • Performance based bonus* • Attendance Bonus* • Private pension plan • Meal Allowance • Casual office and dress code • Days off* • Health, dental, and life insurance • Medicines discounts • WellHub partnership • Childcare subsidies • Discounts on Ambev products* • Clube Ben partnership • Scholarship* • School materials assurance • Language and training platforms • Transport allowance *Rules applied Equal Opportunity & Affirmative Action AB InBev Growth Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
