We are a mission-driven team of experienced inventors, mothers, and fathers dedicated to making a difference in women’s lives. The Willow™ Wearable Breast Pump, selected as one of TIME's 25 Best Inventions in 2017 and 2018 CES Innovation Award for Wearable Technologies, is the first solution in our platform. Job Overview: Willow is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead new product development for our consumer maternal care product line. This role requires collaboration and coordination across industrial design, engineering, marketing, supply chain, and customer experience to bring products to moms that fit the reality of their lives. The Program Manager will bring together technical and business resources, drive requirements gathering and feasibility, and execute programs from concept through retail and DTC launch. What you'll bring: • 6+ years of experience, with 3+ years of project or program management in consumer products or consumer electronics. • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience. • Experience bringing consumer hardware or CPG products through the full lifecycle, from concept to retail/DTC launch and sustaining. • Experience partnering with marketing, industrial design, and supply chain teams to launch products on time and on budget. • Familiarity with the maternal health, baby, or wellness product category is a plus. • Experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA & Confluence for project management, analysis, and reporting. • An ability to communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to diverse audiences at all levels of the organization. • A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. • An agile project management style, approach, and execution. • Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g. SmartSheet, JIRA/Atlassian), methodologies, and best practices. • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred.
