ABOUT THIS ROLE Everyone starts somewhere — and this is one of the best places to start. As our Junior Talent Coordinator, you'll be stepping into a role that sits right at the heart of how we build our team. You'll support the full hiring lifecycle — from posting jobs and screening applicants to scheduling interviews and keeping our recruitment process running smoothly every single day. This isn't a coffee-fetching, task-logging kind of role. From day one, you'll be doing real, meaningful work that directly shapes who joins our team — and ultimately, who we become as a company. If you're someone who is organized, genuinely people-driven, and hungry to grow a career in HR and talent acquisition, we would love to build that future with you. WHAT YOU'LL OWN • Support end-to-end recruitment activities — job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and pipeline updates • Manage candidate communications with warmth, professionalism, and timely follow-through • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (Breezy.HR) with accurate candidate information and stage updates • Coordinate interview logistics for initial and final interview panels • Assist in preparing job descriptions, interview guides, and recruitment templates • Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly hiring updates to the Talent Team • Support onboarding coordination for newly hired teammates • Assist with HR administrative tasks in BambooHR as needed • Be a reliable point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process — making sure no one feels lost or forgotten WHO YOU ARE • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome) • Genuinely excited about people — you find energy in connecting with candidates and making their experience a great one • Exceptionally organized — you can manage multiple open roles and candidates at once without dropping the ball • A clear, warm communicator — your emails and messages make people feel seen and respected • Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, ATS platforms, and HR systems (Breezy.HR and BambooHR experience is a plus) • Self-directed and proactive — you don't wait to be told twice and you follow through on everything • Eager to learn, coachable, and excited about growing in the HR and talent space • Comfortable working fully remotely with a strong, reliable home office setup WHAT WE OFFER • Full-time remote work with a complete WFH support program • Maxicare HMO + PhilHealth coverage • SIL, PTO, and a special birthday leave • Paid vacation leave • Zero-interest employee loan program • Performance bonuses and merit-based recognition • Monthly Gen Pow-Wows and team engagement events with prizes • Arvios Leadership Development Academy and workshop programs • Monthly 1-on-1 touchbase calls with your HR partner HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS (MUST PROVIDE SCREENSHOT) • Stable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps postpaid • Laptop/Computer Specs: (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up) • Noise-Cancelling Headset • Dual Monitor is mandatory • Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI) and Power Outage Backup Originally posted on Himalayas
