We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems while ensuring the integrity and quality of company records. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to verify information, identify discrepancies, and ensure data is complete, consistent, and up to date. If you are organized, dependable, and enjoy working with data in a fast-paced remote environment, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements • Experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Data Processor, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools. • Ability to verify, organize, and maintain large volumes of information. • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. • Ability to identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors. • Experience using CRM, ERP, or database systems is a plus. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. • High level of reliability, confidentiality, and professionalism.
